Join us at the lake as we alternate between the Fresh sequence and a cold dip!

What to bring
– A Yogamat is optional. It’s great to go mat-free and get your feet in the grass but if it’s all damp & cold you might like a mat/towel especially for the relaxation at the end. I’ll leave it up to you ..
– Layer your outfit so you can strip down during the dynamic practice and dress up during the cooling down at the end. For Fresh Wet on 14 August bring a swimming costume and a towel if you are joining for a dip!
